ADVANCED MICROPUMP TECHNOLOGY FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS

The disc pump is designed for highly accurate, ultrasmooth, flow control, delivering unrivalled pneumatic performance wherever precision control of small volumes is critical.

While not intended to flow liquids directly, its infinite turn down ratio and pulsation-free flow allow the user to control liquids indirectly via an air-over-liquid method.

FEATURES

  • Silent (< 10 dB), vibration-free operation
  • Ultrafast, millisecond response time
  • High precision controllability: < 0.1%
  • Lightweight (5 g), compact size (29 mm diameter)
  • True pulsation-free flow

ENABLING INNOVATION IN MANY APPLICATIONS

The disc pump is enabling markets to evolve with smaller, quieter, higher performing devices. Combined with a sensor and electronics, it is an all-in-one pressure-regulator solution (Smart Pump Module), which eliminates the need for other system components, often saving not just weight, but cost.
