High pressure hydraulic and pneumatic solenoid valves
The Lee Company offers a range of solenoid valves designed for applications such as aerospace, defense, oil and gas, and more. These valves provide fast response, high-pressure performance, and low power consumption in a miniature frame — the smallest weighing less than 0.10 lbs (1.6 oz.) and using only 4.8 Watts at 12 VDC. Despite their size, these valves are still suitable for system pressures up to 5000 psi. These valves are available in multiple valve configurations, electrical interfaces, porting options, and performance specifications, and each is highly customizable.
Control solenoid valves for pneumatic systems
Control solenoid valves are used to flow air or gas in pneumatic systems where versatility and reliability cannot be compromised for fast response times or low power operation. Available as a 2-way or 3-way design in various mounting styles, these compact valves are easily manifold mounted or soft tube connected, making them the perfect solution for applications where many valves must be designed into the smallest space possible. In addition to conventional solenoid valves, we offer magnetically latching solenoid valves that consume far less power, which helps conserve energy in battery-powered applications.
High-Speed Dispensing solenoid valves
As their name suggests, dispensing solenoid valves are designed to dispense small volumes of liquid ranging from nanoliters to milliliters. Available as a 2-way, normally closed, axial flow configuration, our dispense valves feature a high-speed operation that delivers drop-on-demand performance to regulate fluid flow accurately. The compact design enables dispensing valves to be easily integrated into the tightest spaces. High pressure and high temperature capabilities allow viscous fluids to be accurately dispensed, and chemically inert materials increase compatibility for use with aggressive fluids.
Isolation solenoid valves
Isolation valves are used when aggressive fluids come into play. Available in a diaphragm or pinch tube model, these valves are engineered to separate sensitive internal solenoid components from the flow path. This dramatically extends the lifespan of your instrument without compromising performance and reliability. Lee isolation valves come in 2-way or 3-way designs and in multiple mounting styles, providing engineers with flexibility for integration into the smallest space possible. The low internal volume and fast switching response of these valves make them easy to flush between cycles for efficient fluid control.
