Pumps & valves engineered FOR YOU
Our miniature, precision pumps and valves are engineered with you in mind - bringing innovation and reliability to your fluidic systems. Lee products are field-proven and backed by a global network of engineers ready to support your design needs.
NOT IN THE MEDICAL OR SCIENTIFIC FIELDS?
Precision. Reliability. Support.
Lee pumps and valves are designed to minimize size and weight while maximizing performance and reliability. We offer a variety of standard, off-the-shelf designs and each product is also customizable to meet specific performance needs. Before shipping from either our USA or UK-based manufacturing facilities, each pump and valve is 100% functionally tested to ensure reliable, consistent, long-term performance. Our wide-ranging product portfolio offers solutions tailored to overcome key challenges such as:
- Silent Operation
- Pulsation-Free Flow
- Rapid Response Times
- Zero Dead Volume & Low Internal Volume
- Minimal Leakage
- Highly Accurate, Repeatable Dispensing
- Ultra-Low Power
innovative, Silent, Pulsation-free Micropumps
These ultrasonic, pneumatic micropumps generate pressure or vacuum in a small, silent, vibration-free form factor, and are available with or without integrated electronics for added simplicity.
Designed for highly accurate, ultra-smooth, gas and liquid flow control, our disc pumps deliver unrivaled pneumatic performance and enable innovation wherever precision control of small volumes is critical. Available in five different product series, these innovative pumps can achieve flow rates up to 2 LPM and pressures spanning from -400 to +600 mbar(g).

Innovative Pinch Tube Isolation Valves
XOVER® SOLENOID VALVEs
Xover LXR Series are 3-way internal pinch-tube solenoid valves designed to switch quickly and efficiently between fluid samples. Featuring a Y-shaped elastomer tube, this innovative design combines the flow path of a pinch valve with the versatile, maintenance-free performance of a chemically inert isolation valve. The Xover valve provides unmatched reliability and exceptional flushing characteristics with low carryover volume (3.7 µL), low internal volume (11 µL) and fast, efficient switching performance.

Miniature, Bi-directional Isolation Valves
lfn series Solenoid Valves
LFN Series valves are compact, 7 mm chemically inert diaphragm style valves with zero dead volume. These 2-way, normally closed valves are rated for bi-directional flow and use a contoured internal flow path designed for complete flushing capability. Featuring an extremely low internal volume of 9 µL, a flow capacity of up to 2500 Lohms, and power consumption as low as 900 mW, these valves provide consistent, reliable switching performance in the smallest footprint possible.
Stepper-motor driven, Positive Displacement Pump
VARIABLE VOLUME DISPENSE PUMPS
Variable volume dispense pumps are stepper motor-driven positive displacement pumps. A more compact, long-lasting alternative to traditional syringe pumps, these pumps allow you to aspirate a large volume of fluid then dispense in smaller, accurate, repeatable increments. Our portfolio includes pumps with full dispense volumes ranging from 50 to 3000 µL and each pump is equipped with a home sensor to establish the end of stroke position. Models with optical encoders provide even finer step-by-step feedback and our dual seal models significantly improve sealing performance when flowing challenging fluids.
The Disc Pump: An Evolution in Micropump Technology
The pump is at the heart of many medical and life science devices. In this Expert Insight, John Watson, Business Development Manager, Piezoelectric Disc Pumps at The Lee Company, discusses the company’s disc pump: an evolutionary step forward in micropump technology. John spoke with Medical Design Briefs about how the disc pump helps to solve many of the challenges associated with legacy designs (such as diaphragm, rotary vane, piston, peristaltic, and syringe pump technologies), and why it is vital to ensure that the selected pump technology ultimately aligns with the system’s technical and commercial goals.
